The Instructor Rating is for those who want to share their aviation experiences with the next generation of pilots.
This rating creates an excellent means to stay informed in the ever-growing aviation industry.
Prerequisite:
Commercial Pilot License
Category 1 Aviation Medical
High School Diploma
Minimum Age of 18 Years
Structure:
Flight lessons and ground briefings are scheduled to reflect the need of the individual student.
Written exams are completed at the Transport Canada office in Calgary.
Flight exams scheduled and completed at Excel Flight Training Incorporated.
Course completion:
Students receive a Class 4 Instructor Rating after completing the following:
– 30 Hours dual flight instruction.
– 25 hours ground instruction.
Tuition:
Course cost as based on a student average of approximately $10,185.00. All tuition is subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International Students:
This program is a Designated Learning Program and eligible to receive foreign nationals on a study permit.
